Mildred Snyder-Holzman Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2019 to in honor of the 100th anniversary of SUNY New Paltz’s Class of 1920 and to memorialize Mildre Snyder-Holzman, beloved paternal grandmother of Janice H. Holzman, this scholarship is intended for full time or part time (min. 6 credit per semester), fully matriculated students who are in good standing and will be enrolled for two consecutive semesters of study in the fall and spring. Students can either be at the Graduate or Undergraduate level and must be perusing their primary major in the School of Education. Preference will be given to a student from an underrepresented population.

Students with majors in Educational Administration and Educational Studies are especially encouraged to apply.
