Joseph C. Paparone Endowed Student Travel Scholarship

The Joseph C. Paparone Endowed Student Travel Scholarship Fund was established in order to support theatre student attendance at performance festivals such as the KCACIF (Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival), or other theatre festivals that focus on performance. This Fund will help to reimburse some of the student cost (registration, travel, room and board) of attendance. All full-time matriculated students current in their SUNY New Paltz account and majoring in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Performance are eligible.

Applications should be submitted during the semester a conference takes place for fall or spring. If your conference takes place in the summer – applications should be submitted in spring for dates up to 7/1 for or upon return to campus in the fall if they fall after 7/1 date. If you are not enrolled for summer, reimbursements can not be granted until fall. You must be enrolled during the semester the payment is processed and receipts are required to process payments.

To apply to this scholarship you must complete the conditional application for Conference Travel which auto-populates when you select Conference Travel in the General Application.
