Susan Raymond Basch '76, '80g and Eli Burt Basch Endowed Scholarship

Established in 1995 and amended in 2024 the Basch Scholarship Endowment provides a renewable scholarship for fully matriculated, undergraduate SUNY New Paltz students in their sophomore year or later who reside in on campus housing and/or participate in the campus dining plan, and who would benefit from support to assist with room and/or board.

• Preference will be given to those who rely upon financial aid, including student loans, to support their education but could benefit from further support.
• Students will be full-time or part-time (six credits per semester) and remain in good standing.
• They will live on campus and/or take part in a campus dining plan for awards to be applied up to two semesters each year.
• Recipients may renew their application each year.

There is no application for this fund beyond the General Application.
